At Motherflair, every product is made-to-order with care and customized to your preferences. Because each item is uniquely created, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email us at support@motherflair.com with the following:
    • A clear photo of the item
    • A description of the issue
    • Your order number

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will:

  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made items (including products with personalized text, names, or images)
  • Design errors submitted by the customer (e.g., typos, wrong color choices, or image uploads)
  • Orders not reported within 7 days of delivery
  • General dissatisfaction without a verifiable defect

We strongly encourage customers to double-check all custom inputs before finalizing their order.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error on our end. If we request a return of the item, a prepaid label will be provided.
