Order Processing Times
All of our products are made-to-order, which means we need time to craft each item with care.
– Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
– Peak seasons or bulk orders: May take longer (we’ll notify you if delays occur)
We do not begin production until payment is received and all customization details are confirmed.
Shipping Times & Carrier
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by default.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
– Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
– International: 7–21 business days (customs may cause delays)
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.
– Free shipping may be offered on special promotions or bulk orders (details at checkout).
– For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to:
– Incorrect or incomplete addresses
– Refusal of delivery
– No one available to receive the package
If a package is returned to us, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@motherflair.com.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Send us a photo of the damage along with your order number, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Packages
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if it appears to be lost in transit, you must open a Lost Package Investigation directly with USPS or the designated shipping carrier used for your order. Motherflair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. However, we are happy to assist you by providing relevant order and tracking information to help support your claim.
